A Board-Certified medical physicist with 25 years-experience working in therapeutic medical physics in both academic and private settings. He trained in Physics at the University of Vermont, Cornell University, Duke University and University of North Carolina. He completed his medical physics residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN where he was hired as Assistant Professor in both the Radiology and Radiation Oncology Departments. Chris has worked with a comprehensive range of medical physics equipment and techniques over his career and is most familiar with Varian/Eclipse/ARIA software. He enjoys developing and maintaining all aspects of a Culture of Safety program in the radiation therapy setting, including designing and implementing in-house incident tracking programs, keeping current on all State and Federal guidelines, developing radiation safety policy and procedure and preparing cancer centers for national accreditation. He is passionate about making sure AAPM Task Group reports are being implemented to the appropriate extent for each clinic.

A Board-Certified clinical medical dosimetrist (CMD) who completed the JRCERT accredited medical dosimetrist program at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY. He as 10 years-experience working as a certified medical dosimetrist at multiple cancer centers which has given him a wide variety of experience with different planning techniques and modalities. Kyle has a radiation therapy background prior to becoming a CMD and was worked with Eclipse as the primary planning system his entire career – his planning techniques and modalities include VMAT, 3D, SBRT, SRT, and SRS. Kyle has a degree in Business Management and has several successful entrepreneurial ventures that he has developed and continues to be involved with.

In her career, Karisa has worked on multiple planning systems including, Eclipse, Tomotherapy, and RayStation. Additionally, Karisa has worked extensively with Mosaiq and Aria R&V.
A Board Certified Radiation Oncology Physicist currently working at B. P. Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital Bharatpur-Chitwan, Nepal. Mr. Adhikari also serves as radiation inspector at the ministry of science and technology in Nepal. He graduated with a Master’s degree in Physics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal in 2015. He successfully completed his Advanced Master’s degree in Medical physics from The International Center for Theoretical Physics/University of Trieste, Italy under the fellowship of the International Atomic emergency agency (IAEA) in 2019. Mr. Adhikari was certified in 2019 as a QMP by the international medical physics certification board. His previous involvement included teaching radiation physics and working as junior physicist at National Academy of medical science Kathmandu Nepal from February 2015 to December 2017. Mr. Adhikari is an active member of Nepalese Association of Medical Physicists. He is the first medical physicist in Nepal appointed by Ministry of Health & Population to work in a hospital as clinical medical physicist.
